Overview

The PMC Operations Project Manager is responsible for strategic project management at the highest level; development and implementation of project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure operational efficiency and project success. The PMC Operations Project Manager will coordinate with customers, discussing project adjustments or additional tasks as needed, and lead project execution and deliverables by determining the team's needs and concerns, and enforcing strategic procedures while partnering with the President of PMC Operations. The PMC Operations Project Manager will provide leadership and effective management in all areas of staffing and personnel administration project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects in various areas by planning, implementing, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and following through with processes. 
  • Craft unique ideas to sharpen staff work and create guides to make processes more efficient and accurate. 
  • Refine existing processes within Pennrose and define clear strategies to help the same processes to improve performance in the market. 
  • Manage contracts and review them for any discrepancies that need to be adjusted. 
  • Provide additional support when the workload is heavy to ensure that none of the teams are short on staffing when needed. 
  • Gauge the performance of the various teams and recommend areas that need improvement and or possible changes to achieve goals.

  • Act on behalf of President of PMC Operations to answer inquiries. 
  • Presenting Executive team and other Senior Leaders with detailed company operations analysis. 
  • Lead meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination. 
  • Identify areas of improvement across the organization, making actionable recommendations.  

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of Property Management experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, Yardi, Excel
  • Knowledge of HUD regulations and LIHTC programs
  • Professional communication skills
